Made in-house with lots of amore, on our Specials Board for the month of June is our Black Pepper Agnolotti stuffed with oxtail, lacinato kale and parmesan. Finished to perfection with a red wine & balsamic jus, and topped with crispy sage leaves, this bowl of pasta comfort serves as a delicious ode to Piedmont you won’t want to miss!

Pan-seared Trout with Spinach Piccata

Oven-roasted to perfection, we serve our tender & flaky butterflied Rainbow Trout with fresh spinach sauteed with lemon and butter, along with cherry tomatoes. If you happen to be a lover of fish, look no further. It’s utterly delicious — Novo promise!

Black Kale & Farro Salad

Black kale scrunched to submission with extra virgin olive oil and sherry vinegar, with nutty farro grains mixed in! Our vibrant Black Kale & Farro Salad packs a sweet, tart and salty punch with the addition of pomegranates, pumpkin seeds, watermelon radishes and sharp Pecorino Romano cheese.

Featured Wine | Ricasoli Albia 2020 Toscana IGT

Hailing from Tuscany, the Ricasoli Albia 2020 Tosana Rosé is fragrant and vibrant, expressing the essence of the Sangiovese and Merlot grapes. A dry, medium-bodied wine boasting notes of red plum, cherry and florals, with a hint of spice on the palate.
