A vibrant & colorful plate of beautiful Black Mission Figs paired with our house-cured speck, served alongside a fresh salad of arugula and Sun Gold tomatoes. Topped with shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano and finished with vincotto and extra virgin olive oil. Looks like a dream — and eats like one too!
