Dare we say – it’s a tiny bit Devilish. Our wood-fired Pizza Diavola packs the spicy notes with hot capicola, pickled red onions, fior di latte, Calabrian chili flakes and a rather audacious drizzle of chili oil. So give in to your spicy side and mangiamo!

Pappardelle al Ragù Bolognese

Ragù was made for this. Some things never change, and our Pappardelle Bolognese is one of them. Daily & house-made pappardelle with braised meat sauce, prosciutto and generous and aged Parmigiano-Reggiano. Come into Novo for a true taste of Italian hospitality.

WINE | Bosio Barbera d’Asti 2017

Grown on slopes 300 metres above sea level, the Bosio Barbera d’Asti hails from the Castagnole Lanze and Costigliole d’Asti region of Piedmont, Northern Italy. A ruby red, lively, easy-drinking wine with notes of red fruit aromas — namely red cherries — and spices.
