Squash Cappelletti

A rare occurrence at Novo; Due to popular demand, we are carrying over our house-made Cappelletti as a Special into the month of November. These house-made Cappelletti come stuffed with a delicious mixture of squash, ricotta and parmesan and are finished in a delicious brown butter - hazelnut - sage sauce. A guaranteed head-turner you won’t want to miss… again!

Lamb Shank with Saffron Risotto

A hearty dish that is quintessentially Fall. If you happen to be a lover of things that are tender and fall-of-the-bone, look no further. This is our delicious braised lamb shank served atop a creamy and colorful parmesan-saffron risotto. Served with Brussel Sprouts and sauced with braising juices. Utterly delicious, and dare we say, quite fulfilling!

Barbaresco Cavanna 2017, Luigi Giordano, Nebbiolo

A classic, medium-bodied Nebbiolo from the Luigi Giordano Winery in Barbaresco, Piedmont. Boasting notes of red cherry fruit, orange peel and bitter almond and pairs delightfully with our Lamb Shank & Saffron Risotto. We’re happy to feature this beautiful Italian wine at Novo this November. Please ask our staff for pairing suggestions.
