Dare we say – it’s a tiny bit Devilish. Our wood-fired Pizza Diavola packs the spicy notes with hot capicola, pickled red onions, fior di latte, Calabrian chili flakes and a rather audacious drizzle of chili oil. So give in to your spicy side and mangiamo!

Pappardelle al Ragù Bolognese

Ragù was made for this. Some things never change, and our Pappardelle Bolognese is one of them. Daily & house-made pappardelle with braised meat sauce, prosciutto and generous and aged Parmigiano-Reggiano. Come into Novo for a true taste of Italian hospitality.

Tiramisu

That sweet pick-me-up! What’s a better ending to a meal than a delightful Tiramisu with a couple of espressos – or grappa! And don’t forget, sharing is caring!

The French 75

A fresh & vibrant French cocktail that is traditionally made with gin, champagne and lemon juice. Something for your August consideration, though we are of course partial to all things Italiano! Please ask our bartender for our many cocktail options – including the Italian classics of course!
