Pappardelle al Ragù Bolognese

Ragù was made for this! Some things never change, and our Pappardelle Bolognese is one of them. Daily & house-made pappardelle with braised meat sauce, prosciutto and generous and aged Parmigiano-Reggiano. Come into Novo for a true taste of Italian hospitality!

Pizza Capricciosa

Give into your capricious side with our wood-fired Pizza Capricciosa! Atop our delicious San Marzano tomato sauce you will find delicate slices of rosemary ham, meaty artichokes, olives, cremini mushrooms and mozzarella. With fresh basil and drizzles of extra virgin olive oil to boot! Mangiamo!

Amaretto Sour Cocktail

Simple and delicious – Amaretto, lemon juice, simple syrup. Grab a seat at our newly refurbished bar and ask your bartender for the Amaretto Sour. You won’t be sorry. [We also make a delicious Bourbon Sour with Maker’s Mark Kentucky Bourbon!]
