Pan-seared Veal Chop with Yellowfoot Chanterelle Mushrooms

Spaghetti with Blue Foot Mushrooms & Cherry Tomatoes

Funghi Azzurri! A delightful house-made vegetarian spaghetti featuring the elusive – yet incredibly fragrant and delicious – Blue Foot Mushroom. Served with cherry tomatoes and herbs sautéed in white wine, and finished with truffle oil and generous shavings of Parmigiano-Reggiano.

Featured Wine | 2019 Robin Ridge Pinot Noir [Certified organic]

A certified organic wine that pairs perfectly with Italian food, the family-operated Robin Ridge, established in 1997, is located in the stunning Similkameen Valley.

The Robin Ridge Pinot Noir has notes of vibrant raspberry, red cherry, orange zest & clove with complex Asian spices and dried flowers, brandishing a light, fresh and juicy texture. Pairs perfectly with our February Special, Pan-seared Veal Chop with Yellowfoot Chanterelle Mushrooms.
