Grilled Octopus with Potato Pavé

Release the Kranken! Here’s to the most tender octopus kissed by the flame. Available as a special for the first two weeks of February, this delectable dish of grilled octopus arrives atop an herbaceous gazpacho of cucumber, mint and basil, fortified with dollops of punchy romesco sauce. Also on the plate you will find an indulgent potato pavé with a crispy exterior and melt-in-your-mouth texture. We gild the lily with peppery nasturtium leaves and microgreens.

Beet Caramelle stuffed with Ricotta & Smoked Provolone

Shaped like a caramel wrapper [hence the name, “Caramelle”] our Red Beet Caramelle come stuffed with a creamy mixture of ricotta and smoked provolone, finished in a rich & nutty brown butter sauce. With roasted hazelnuts, fried sage and parmesan chips for that crispy interlude! Come pay us a visit this February to unwrap these bundles of colorful joy!
