Spaghetti all’amatriciana

If anything, sugo all'amatriciana is punchy & robust. Our rendition of this venerable Roman classic is no different. Fresh spaghetti served with our house sugo and fried guanciale. Finished to perfection, we top off this delicious bowl of comfort with a mountain of grated Pecorino Romano cheese!

Burrata Plate

Who doesn’t want their own [oversized] creamy burrata? [Hint: this is it!] Served with a lightly dressed tomato & arugula salad and a side of basil pesto, our Burrata Platter goes best with a side of focaccia straight from our wood-burning oven. That way, you’ve got more flavor on your hands!

Pizza Burrata

Straight from the raging wood-fire is our fan-favorite Burrata Pizza. Creamy BelGioioso burrata, smoked pancetta, fresh basil and generous drizzles of lemon-infused extra virgin olive oil.

Featured Wine | Kettle Valley 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon

Harvested in the Crest vineyard in Naramata, Okanagan Valley, The Kettle Valley 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon boasts aromas of cassis, black cherry, and chocolate. With a slightly spicy finish, this is a delectable wine that has surely made a name for itself. Pairs well with our Gorgonzola Rocket Pizza, as well as our Sausage Orecchiette.
