Squash & Ricotta Agnolotti

Here’s your last chance to try some delicious squash during this stunted Spring season. Filled with a mixture of squash and ricotta, these tender, handmade agnolotti are finished in a rich and nutty brown butter & sage sauce, topped with Parmigiano-reggiano and drizzles of extra virgin olive oil.

Spaghetti with Stinging Nettle Pesto

Feast your eyes on this beautiful bowl of… Green! We toss our house-made spaghetti with a rich and herbaceous stinging nettle & basil pesto emulsified to perfection! With sweet cherry tomatoes and pickled ramp bulbs for that briny kick! Mangiamo!

Vanilla Panna Cotta with Blueberry Cômpote

Our dessert feature for the month of April is our Vanilla Panna Cotta topped with a sweet & tangy blueberry compôte. We know your allegiances to our Tiramisu, but sometimes, one needs options! Buon appetito!

Featured Wine | Tantalus Bear Chardonnay 2020

A fruit-forward wine with a fresh palate and lovely complexity, the Tantalus “Bear” Chardonnay 2020 boasts aromas of ripe apple, candied lemon zest and melons, complemented by oyster shell, fresh cut white flowers and a hint of almond. Pears perfectly with the Pasta Specials on our board for the month of April.
