Back for November, it’s our Spaghetti Carbonara!

Back by popular demand for the month of November — an oh-so-rich Spaghetti Carbonara that satisfies the soul! Finished to perfection with two egg yolks, Pecorino Romano cheese and crispy guanciale, this warm bowl of pasta is your answer to bad weather. When in Vancouver — do as the Romans do. Eat Carbonara!

Sunchokes & Burrata

Cue the Fall contorni. Terrific as a side dish (or as a small main for lunch) our Sunchokes & Burrata platter boasts those nutty & rich flavours characteristic of Fall. Served on a bed of squash purée, the oven-roasted sunchokes are topped with sizable morsels of creamy burrata. Nutty, crispy, creamy. Need we say more?



Sicilian Meatballs

Three [sizable!] tender and juicy meatballs in our house made hearty sugo sauce, topped with Parmigiano-Reggiano and fresh basil. Ladle the sugo onto your pasta, or better -- scarpetta! [Aka sop up the sauce with our wood-fired house focaccia!]
