Kale Ravioli with Brown Butter & Sage

Headlining our May Specials is a comforting, larger-than-life Ravioli dish designed to satisfy the cravings of the most discerning pasta aficionado. Curated by Chef Randy Fontana, and handmade daily on premises, our laminated [hence the green stripes!] Kale Ravioli are stuffed with a delicious mixture of peas, fava beans, ricotta with an egg yolk nestled on top. Finished in a rich brown butter & sage sauce and topped with roasted hazelnuts to finish. Pasta, to live for.

PIZZA FUNGHI E MERAVIGLIOSO! One of our most beloved pizzas, the Pizza Funghi comes with sautéed Porcini mushrooms, Porcini cream and extra gooey fontina cheese. Paradiso di funghi per tutti!

Bersano Costalunga Barbera D'Asti DOCG

[Available only through May 2021]

Located in Piedmont, Province of Asti, the Bersano Winery has been producing wines with strong personality and expressive power for over a century. Made from the Barbera grape, the Bersano Costalunga boasts a bright garnet hue with sour cherry and floral notes. A light and earthy wine with good acidity, this wine is a welcome addition to our wine list.
