Crab & Mascarpone Ravioli with Beurre Blanc Sauce

What to do with fresh, delicious crab meat? Seafood ravioli, surely. Finished with a silky & tangy beurre blanc sauce, we’ve stuffed these delicious morsels [plain, as well as squid ink ravioli] with a mixture of crab and mascarpone. Topped with kernels of roasted corn and sweet & spicy edible flowers, this is a beautiful bowl of summer pasta that looks as good as it tastes. All that’s left for you to do: Dive in!

New Wine | 2019 Stemmari Rosé

Stemmari Rosé is sustainably produced using an indegenous Sicilan varietal, the Nero d’Avola grape. With notes of wild strawberry typical of this varietal, the 2019 Stemmari Rosé has an exceptionally warm, delicate balance that strikes an ideal balance between freshness and minerality. (Pairs well with seafood pasta, appetizers and light vegetables.)
