Crab & Mascarpone Ravioli with Beurre Blanc Sauce

What to do with fresh, delicious crab meat? Seafood ravioli, surely. Finished with a silky & tangy beurre blanc sauce, we’ve stuffed these delicious morsels [plain, as well as squid ink ravioli] with a mixture of crab and mascarpone. Topped with kernels of roasted corn and sweet & spicy edible flowers, this is a beautiful bowl of summer pasta that looks as good as it tastes. All that’s left for you to do: Dive in!
