Prepared with Scarborough Fair Parmesan broth, our Risotto with Yellowfoot Chanterelles comes loaded with crispy fried Prosciutto and heirloom cherry tomatoes. Finished with extra virgin olive oil and chopped parsley.

NEW WINE | Bosio Barbera d’Asti 2017

Grown on slopes 300 metres above sea level, the Bosio Barbera d’Asti hails from the Castagnole Lanze and Costigliole d’Asti region of Piedmont, Northern Italy. A ruby red, lively, easy-drinking wine with notes of red fruit aromas — namely red cherries — and spices. Pairs perfectly with our Winter Risotto Special.
