What’s savory, earthy, a little nutty, and utterly rich? Headlining our February Specials is our house-made Agnolotti Ricotta e Topinambur. Made fresh and in-house, our agnolotti come stuffed with a delicious mixture of ricotta and sunchokes and are finished in a rich brown butter & sage sauce. Cue the morsels of roasted hazelnuts for added nuttiness and crunch!





Burrata Pizza

Are you a lover of [Italian!] cheese and charcuterie? Sei fortunato! Lucky you! Our Pizza Burrata brings together the creamiest [Compliments of Bel Gioioso] burrata with smoked, premium pancetta straight from The Boot. Finished with fresh basil and a light drizzle of lemon oil for added freshness.





Stemmari Nero d’Avola from Sicily | 2017

With a pleasant bouquet of currants, wild strawberries and pomegranate, the Nero d’Avola grape variety is an important native varietal from Sicily. For its pleasant structure and intense aromaticity, the Stemmari Nero d’Avola pairs ideally with typical Sicilian dishes, as well as pasta and pizza Napolitana.
