Agnolotti d'Agosto
A pasta so delicate & thin — it shows its true colors. Stuffed with a mixture of red beets, ricotta and taleggio cheese, we finish these Agnolotti del plin [Italian for ‘pinched’] in a rich sauce of butter & tarragon, and top them with pine nuts and morsels of gorgonzola. How many can you fit on your spoon? And how many spoonfuls finish the plate? Questions to ponder, flavour to conquer! Buon Agosto, tutti!

Stone fruit & Prosciutto
Take a bite out of Summer. As a light lunch, or ‘any day’ appetizer, expect to find sweet & juicy peak-season stone fruit, primo Prosciutto di Parma, shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese with drizzles of extra virgin olive oil. Simple, seasonal and oh-so flavourful.
