Tomato season is finally here, and there’s nothing that makes our kitchen happier than working with local, sun-kissed bounty. Throughout the month of August, you’re invited to indulge in our Heirloom Tasting — a beautiful platter boasting peak-season heirlooms, the juiciest, local stone fruit and of course — the creamiest burrata. And though the shapes & sizes — even varieties — of our tomatoes may change weekly, the flavour of summer forever remains. Buon Agosto, tutti!

The Pork Chop

It just might be the ideal dish for a warm, August evening. Above all, one that borrows inspiration from our province's fecund forests, orchards and farms. A hefty, grilled-tender pork chop [courtesy of Legends Haul] served alongside delicate chanterelles [Ponderosa Mushrooms], juicy plums, and alliums — finished in a light Marsala sauce. A dish to remember Summer by!

Panna Cotta

Our dessert feature for the month of August is our vanilla Panna Cotta topped with a sweet & tangy Blueberry compôte. We know your allegiances to our Tiramisu, but sometimes, one needs options! Buon appetito!
