NEW SPECIAL | Prawn & Mascarpone Cappelletti in Prawn Bisque

We welcome the Spring season with brand new specials created by Novo Executive chef Randy Fontana. Headlining our April Specials is our house-made Cappelletti boasting [double!] deep-sea flavour. Laminated with squid-ink pasta [hence the black spots!], each cappelletto is stuffed with a delicious mixture of prawns and mascarpone. Finished in a delicious prawn bisque with fresh peas, olive oil and fresh herbs.

PIZZA FUNGHI E MERAVIGLIOSO! One of our most beloved pizzas, the Pizza Funghi comes with sautéed Porcini mushrooms, Porcini cream and extra gooey fontina cheese. Paradiso di funghi per tutti!





NEW WINE | Farnito Cabernet Sauvignon by Casa Vinicola Carpineto, Toscana

Produced in the hills of Tuscany by Casa Vinicola Carpineto, the Farnito Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich & full-bodied wine with good depth, elegant tannin structure and finish. Brandishing notes of liquorice, vanilla and cherries, the Farnito Cabernet Sauvignon pairs perfectly with our Gorgonzola Rocket Pizza and Pappardelle Bolognese.
